-You will need access to a laptop and internet. There will be a significant amount of outside of class work and time required. You will also want to be able to access the NECC canvas website while you are in class.

Summer strength & conditioning with Coach Boswell will kick off on Monday, June 3rd! All student athletes are highly encouraged to attend these sessions. Refer to the graphic for specific times for each grade level/gender and contact a coach with any questions. The weight room will be closed July 3-7th and July 27-August 4th. Fall sport conditioning will begin on Monday, August 5th.

The weight room is about to go into a state of remodel/different equipment arrangement. The public is welcome to continue to use the facility with the understanding that you are going to have to workout around the mess.
