Our third grade students have been learning about water. They have been studying demands on water, water pollution, and access to water. They had two guest speakers this week. Local farmer, Quentin Connealy, came to talk about water use in agriculture. He demonstrated pivots, talked about where water comes from, and what farmers do to conserve water. Ms. Kelly from the Papio-Missouri River NRD demonstrated how pollutants can get into our water and what we can do to help keep our water clean.
It's a rainy Spring Day but that won't stop us from celebrating our next senior, with 26 school days until graduation. Congratulations Spencer. Best of luck on the diamond next year at Concordia.

Student athletes in grades 8-11 interested in attending a summer camp on their own, are eligible to apply for a Tiger Athletic Camp Scholarship. Please refer to the attachments for specific details and an application. Applications are due to Taylor Klein (Athletic Director) by April 10, 2025.
The high school track meet scheduled for tomorrow, April 1st in West Point, has been postponed to Thursday, April 10th. The schedule will stay the same, with field events at 12:30pm and running events at 3pm.
Tigers are out of school for a Teacher In-service day but that won't stop us from celebrating our next senior. Congratulations Tate!! This week is also State FFA week a place where Tate will shine. Good Luck Tate!!
